Shipping & Delivery

Everything we make is personalised, so each order has two parts: making it, and getting it to you. The times below are separate — add them together for the total.

Shipping rates

All prices in AUD.

Within Australia

• Paint-by-numbers kits ship free within Australia — always, with no minimum spend. This covers every paint-by-numbers kit, including custom kits made from your own photo.
• Pet portraits: standard shipping $11, or free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping $15.

International

• Paint-by-numbers kits ship free worldwide, with no minimum spend.
• Pet portraits: $20 flat to any international destination we ship to.

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Custom Pet Portraits

Your artwork is created in our online studio and you approve it before you pay, so there is no waiting at that stage. Once your order is placed, your portrait is printed and framed in 2–3 business days, then dispatched.

Delivery within Australia takes 3–5 business days with standard post ($11.00 AUD, free on orders over $100) or 1–2 business days with express post ($15.00 AUD). International delivery takes 3–5 business days ($20.00 AUD). Portraits are printed in the closest available print facility to your delivery address, which is what keeps these times short.

Digital portraits are emailed to you as soon as your order is processed. There is nothing to ship and no postage to pay.

At checkout this shows as a single total: 3–5 business days with express post or 5–8 business days with standard post within Australia, and 5–8 business days internationally. Those totals already include the time it takes to make and frame your portrait.

Paint by Numbers Kits

You preview your canvas design before you pay. Each kit is then made to order — production takes 3 days — and posted free of charge worldwide.

Please allow 14–30 days for your kit to reach you after it has been made. Kits take considerably longer to arrive than a printed portrait because each one is produced and dispatched separately. We email your tracking number as soon as your kit ships.

At checkout this shows as 12–24 business days — roughly 17 to 33 days on a calendar. That total already includes the time it takes to make your kit, so there is nothing to add on top.

Gifts and deadlines

If your order is a gift for a particular date, please order well ahead, and choose a Custom Pet Portrait rather than a kit if the date is close. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Order processing

• Peak season (November–December) may extend processing times.
• You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched.

Tracking

• Every order is sent with full tracking. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships.
• You can follow your parcel at any time via our multi-carrier tracking partner, 17TRACK.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is outside our control. Customs processing on international orders, weather and peak periods can all add time. If your order has passed the windows above, email us at info@beartistic.club with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be resent, but postage is payable again.

• Need to update an address? Email info@beartistic.club as soon as possible.
• We cannot modify an address once the parcel has been dispatched.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship at the customer's expense.

Lost or damaged in transit

• All orders include complimentary transit insurance for loss or damage.
• If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund.
• Once marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We cannot cover parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
• Please photograph any damage and contact us within 15 days.

Refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund or a free replacement, your choice. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customs, duties and taxes

New Zealand: import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

For all other destinations outside Australia, Be Artistic Club is not responsible for customs or import taxes that may apply in your country. Any tariffs or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Questions? Email info@beartistic.club and we will help.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or certain remote areas. We currently do not ship to Brazil. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us before placing your order.

Countries we ship to

Australia — paint-by-numbers kits ship free. Pet portraits $11 standard (free on orders over $100) or $15 express.

New Zealand and Canada — paint-by-numbers kits ship free. Pet portraits $20 flat.

United States — pet portraits $20 flat. Paint-by-numbers kits are not currently available in the United States.

We are opening more countries as we go.
